Autopage software is well-proven, reliable and robust. Any support required during set-up is provided by the initial free period. Given the critical nature of many applications, users wish to be certain of rapid assistance should future operating problems arise. Advice on any aspect of software operation or issues arising from system changes, network, or hardware failures can be dealt with by our support team.

Telephone and e-mail support is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The first 60 days of support are free. Thereafter there is an annual fee for this support depending on the product.

With Autopage support, you get a rapid response with:

  • Expert advice on installation and operation of the software
  • System restoration after unexpected or unknown problems.
  • Assistance, where possible, with non-software issues such as network access.
  • Assistance, where possible, with data recovery following hard-disk corruption or other difficulties.
  • Free software updates
  • Repair or replacement (at our discretion) free of charge, of any Wavecom GSM modem of any age purchased from us for use with our software.

Support can be arranged at the time of purchase. If you purchase an Autopage product, you will automatically receive an invitation to subscribe to support after 60 days.
