Application Description
What we supply: all software and GSM modem. What you require: PC and SIM card. For details of hardware requirements see Computer Specification
The modem works on any GSM network to send and receive messages as phones do. If a separate high volume interface is required, the GSM modem can be retained as a back up.
Autopage software can be configured to work with most other methods of sending and receiving, including direct connections and internet connectivity, and with all providers of SMS.
All Autopage software works with all providers of SMS. If one network becomes unavailable all you need to do is change your SIM and you are operational on another network. Other products are available including Email Gateway to SMS, File Importer and modem access. All PC based Autopage products contain the same mechanism for sending and receiving messages. The fully networked version will allow people at multiple terminals to send and receive messages via the same central point.
